Bordiga

Italy, Cuneo

Founded in 1888, the Bordiga Distillery embodies the authentic spirit of Vermouth di Torino. Established in Cuneo by the visionary herbalist Pietro Bordiga, it quickly became a benchmark thanks to an original recipe that has since become iconic. Its vermouth soon distinguished itself for its excellence and can be found in the most prestigious establishments. The distillery is located at the foot of the Alps and benefits from an exceptional terroir where hand-picked alpine plants rich in essential oils thrive. Its proximity to the Langhe, the land of great Piedmontese wines, enhances the quality of Bordiga spirits, crafted from carefully selected ingredients. Over time, the house has expanded its expertise, becoming an essential reference in Alpine liqueurs and producing, among other things, an artisanal gin that today rivals the biggest international names. For 138 years, generations of Bordigas have succeeded one another, preserving artisanal methods while skillfully integrating modern production technologies. The master distillers still rely on the precious Book of Ancient Recipes to create spirits of rare authenticity, blending tradition, excellence, and innovation. Every bottle of Bordiga tells a story: one of ancestral expertise rigorously preserved, a constant quest for quality, and a deep commitment to the art of Italian distillation. Their story is one of boldness, expertise, and passion that continues from generation to generation.
