The Juice Asylum
ItalyThe Juice Asylum is a side hustle. Known primarily for his role at the Avignonesi winery, Alessio Guidi started the Juice Asylum project in 2016 in order to push the boundaries of natural wine making using top quality biodynamic fruit from the Avignonesi vineyards. With Juice Asylum, Alessio hopes to let the terroir speak for itself, and to avoid putting it in a box, or “asylum” as he likes to refer to it. Everything is juicy; all grapes are co-fermented, vinified and bottled without So2 additions.
