The Tomassetti farm has always excelled in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Located in the Marche I.G.T. region. In 2015 the two young brothers acquired three hectares of old vines that have been cultivated organically for 30 years. Son of a family who have worked the land for several generations, they focus on producing wine in respect and harmony with the terroir and the environment. They have introduced new approaches that allow the wines to fully express themselves through each of their vintages. Soil fertilization using integrated pest management and exclusive use of indigenous yeasts during alcoholic fermentation. The two brothers take care of the vineyard operations. Matteo is an agronomist and takes care of the maintenance of the vineyard and the wine making. He has a PhD in alcoholic fermentation of beer. Andrea has a degree in economics and takes care of the entrepreneurial and commercial part of the vineyard. Together they form a team of passionate people who offer a new 100% nature vision for the future of the region.
